HOW TO GET CGN'S SUPPORT

An activity must be international said that it must be lectured in English language.

There should be foreign participants in appropriate proportion.

The creation and coordination of networks with public, private and community entities nationally and internationally is also required.

Proposal must be jointly submitted by Chulalongkorn University personnel from at least 2 units with the name of responsible persona and relevant agencies.

Proposal must be related to one or more of the above 5 thematic areas.

Remark: Activities without contents relating to the 5 thematic areas must jointly work with at least 2 units which must be international discipline and inter-discipline.

Chula Global Network would support with maximum 150,000 per project/seminar/conference.

» The period of Consideration «

The requesting fund is less than 50,000 baht.
The proposal must be sent at least 1 month before the seminar/conference/forum. If the project is approved, we will inform you within 2 weeks after receiving the documents.

The budget is less than 150,000 baht. 
The proposal must be sent at least 2 months before the seminar/conference/forum. If the project is approved, we will inform you within 1 month after receiving the documents.

The budget is more than 150,000 baht.
The proposal must be sent at least 3 months before the seminar/conference/forum. If the project is approved, we will inform you within 1 month after receiving the documents.

The requesting fund for the publication.
The draft publication must be sent at least 2 months before its publication for the committee to consider and estimate the quality of the publication to create an international standard of academic publications.
If the project is approved, we will inform you within 2 months after receiving the documents.

Remark: Please, pay attention to the period of time. Because the result of consideration depends on the committee.
